Omitted Days: Pre-approval No Longer Required
At the July 2008 board meeting, a modification to Rule C 102.7 Omitted Days was adopted.
Effective April 1, 2009, submission of omitted day data and pre-approval of those dates is no longer required. As a reminder, a limit of 10 omitted days per 12-month period (coinciding with your audit period) is still in effect.
If you wish to omit a date prior to April 1, 2009, pre-approval is still required. Please complete the omitted day request form and submit to ABC’s Technical Review department. Specific contacts and e-mail addresses are noted in the form.
Also as of April 1, 2009, ‘option’ days in competitive markets are eliminated.
