ABC Board Nominations and Proxy Deadlines
ABC board nominations and elections will take place during ABC's annual business meeting on Nov. 11 in Toronto. The filing deadline for written nominations is Friday, Sept. 10, 2010, at 5 p.m. CT. Please see below for a listing of open and expiring board positions.
Proxies, voting procedures and the official Secretary's Notice of the Annual Meeting will be mailed to member representatives on Monday, Oct. 4, 2010.
According to ABC Bylaw 6.2 Votes, Proxies, members are required to file their proxy forms with ABC headquarters by 5 p.m. CT on Friday, Nov. 5, 2010.
